It’s exhausting.

You tell a fib and then you have to remember what you said to whom so you can cover your tracks. Sometimes it’s as simple as just glossing over the facts to avoid conflict with someone. Other times it’s perhaps a little more serious, like telling a customer that the supplier was out of stock when really, you forgot to order the parts!

We take a look at our tendency to fib, lie, withhold facts or whatever you want to call it and how it could be having a serious effect on your health, your relationships and perhaps even your bank balance.
