Nic is a ‘tradie wife’ from way back and she started this business so she could make a real difference to our members, their wives and their families. The goal has always been to help, in a no-bullsh*t way.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m Nicole Cox, but you can call me Nic!

I’m the proud owner (and biggest cheerleader!) of Tradies In Business, and I’m passionate about helping tradies and their families build businesses that work… so they don’t have to.

Why? Because I’ve lived it. And I still live it.

Alongside running Tradies In Business, I also own a property maintenance business. So, I know exactly what it’s like to be in the thick of it. Balancing jobs, clients, team dramas, cash flow stress, and family life. I’ve been at that kitchen table at midnight, calculator in hand, wondering how to make it all work without burning out.

That’s why I’m here. To show you it can be different.

I’m on a mission to help trade business owners take back control of their time, their money, and their future. You deserve to step back from the tools, work fewer hours, make more profit, and actually enjoy running your business. I believe in keeping things real, offering practical strategies that work in the real world, and creating a community where you feel supported every step of the way.

After years of doing things the hard way with my builder husband in our construction business, the long nights of quoting for tyre kickers, never understanding where our money went each month, trouble with staff and more stress than I can explain, I decided it was time to find a better way.

Fast forward just a few short years and I have not only established my husband’s business but been recognised as a top trade business coach in Australia.

I’m always up for a chat and am endlessly motivated to support my tribe.
