We have recently gone out to our Tradies in Business community with our 2021 Trade Industry Survey. This is a short survey that asks you about your business profile, the impact that COVID and other market forces such as staffing and material shortages have had on your business, and what you think the future may look like.

There are a few reasons why we created this survey for tradies in business.

Firstly, we are proud to be the voice of tradies, and we will continue to speak up about issues facing the industry.  But we can’t do it without you! We need real tradies, and real experiences to get the right information out there.

Another reason is that we created this survey is that we want our tradies to be heard. A part of the lack of exposure about what is really going on in the industry right now is that the media prefer to quote facts and stats where they can, rather than anecdotal evidence. So the more tradespeople that fill out this survey, the more equipped we will be to approach the media with some cold, hard facts.

We also think this survey is a good chance to take stock of where you are at in your business, and really think about how this past year has impacted you. If you are struggling, and need some direction, we are always here to help.
